Information we collect

We may collect information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, message, newsletter preferences, event or speaking inquiry details, guest article or testimony, and prayer request. If commerce or subscriptions are activated, we may receive purchase or subscription details from our providers; payment card information is processed by the payment provider rather than stored on our website. We may also collect device, browser, IP address, usage and cookie information as described in our Cookie Policy.

Prayer requests and personal stories

Prayer requests may contain sensitive personal information. Please share only what you are comfortable providing, and avoid sending medical records, financial account numbers or other highly sensitive information. We use prayer requests only to respond and provide the requested prayer support, with access limited to designated personnel. We do not publish prayer requests or personal testimonies without separate, explicit permission. Our forms are not emergency services.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries; send newsletters when requested; provide website features; process orders and bookings; review guest submissions; improve site performance and security; comply with law; and communicate about our services. We do not sell email subscriber lists. We will not use prayer request details for advertising targeting.

Sharing and service providers

We may share necessary information with trusted service providers that host the site, process payments, deliver email, provide analytics or protect against spam, subject to their applicable terms. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Our current providers are: Lovable Cloud, which hosts this website, stores form submissions and runs the owner dashboard; and Cash App and Zelle, which process contributions and orders under their own terms — we never see or store your card or bank account details. We do not currently use an email newsletter platform or advertising trackers, and this list will be updated before any new provider is activated.

Your choices and rights

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in each message. You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information by contacting us; we will respond as required by applicable law, subject to legal retention obligations. If applicable state privacy laws provide additional rights, we will honor those rights.

Retention, security and international access

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for its purpose or required by law. We use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission is guaranteed secure.
