Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policy
General
This policy applies to purchases made directly from The Lovely Lady Magazine website. Purchases through Amazon or other third-party sellers follow those sellers’ return and refund policies.
Physical products
For physical products purchased directly from this website, the return window, eligibility conditions (such as unused or unopened condition) and who pays return shipping will be stated clearly on the product page before you buy. Do not send returns until instructions are provided. Refunds, if approved, are made to the original payment method after inspection, excluding any nonrefundable shipping fees disclosed at checkout.
Damaged, incorrect or defective items
If an order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with the order number and photographs if available. We will evaluate a replacement, refund or other remedy as required by law. This policy does not limit statutory consumer rights.
Essential oils
For hygiene and safety, opened essential oils may be ineligible for discretionary returns, except where defective, incorrect or where law requires otherwise. This will be clearly disclosed at checkout.
Digital products
If digital journals or downloads are offered, any refund limitations will be disclosed before checkout. Digital products are not automatically nonrefundable in every circumstance; applicable law and problems with delivery or product description may require a remedy.
Memberships and recurring subscriptions
If paid memberships launch, the recurring amount, renewal frequency, free-trial terms if any, and a simple cancellation method will be clearly disclosed before checkout, along with whether cancellation ends access immediately or at the end of the paid term and whether partial-period refunds are available. We will comply with applicable automatic-renewal requirements.
Events and contributions
Event registration refund rules will be shown on each event page before purchase, including cancellation and rescheduling terms. Voluntary contributions to this for-profit LLC are generally intended as nonrefundable support, except for error, unauthorized transaction or other circumstances where a refund is legally required. This is made clear before payment.
